Andrea Gutiérrez Breedy, Architect licensed in Costa Rica
Andrea strongly believes that architects have the responsibility to improve collective well-being and inclusivity through design. She cares deeply about the importance of social and environmental sustainability, striving to showcase this in her work. Her work explores the relationship between materials and form to create spaces that resonate both aesthetically and functionally. Before moving to BC, Andrea lived on the North Pacific coast of Costa Rica working on high-end residential, commercial and educational projects. In her free time, Andrea enjoys to spend time in nature and can be found mountain biking, hiking or snowboarding in the mountains around Vancouver.
Andrea holds a licentiate degree in Architecture (Lic.Arch.) from Veritas University, San José, Costa Rica.
