About this project
Located in the District of North Vancouver south of Mt. Seymour Parkway, the conceptual design of the Hollyburn Family Services Society Affordable Housing project provides an extensive mix of housing options, from partially to fully subsidized social housing. With approximately 100 units, the courtyard layout promotes a strong sense of community with overlook of the central children’s play area. The south edge of the courtyard is lined with townhouses that overlooks a bluff.
