About this project
Located in the District of North Vancouver along Mt. Seymour Parkway, the conceptual design of the Hollyburn Affordable Housing project provides an extensive mix of housing options, from partially to fully subsidized social housing. With approximately 74 units, the south-facing courtyard layout promoted a strong sense of community with overlook of the central children’s play area and a 2,000 sq.ft. amenity space that opens to the courtyard will permit community events for all seasons. The south edge of the courtyard is lined with townhouses while the north edge is defined by a 5-storey single-loaded apartment. The project is envisaged to meet Passive House.
