About this project
The final phase of the final parcel of The Railyards Development in Victoria, BC, this 57,000 sq.ft. 86 unit nine-storey concrete mid-rise project steps and narrows to maximize sun reaching Bridges Park and children’s play area below while providing spacious patios with views of the harbour, Mt. Douglas and Mt. Baker, and enhances the connections from the Victoria West community to the stunning Galloping Goose Trail and waterfront amenities. The design uses materials that enhance the industrial character of The Railyards and colours that are bold and enhance the project massing and connection to Phases 1 + 2 along Tyee Road while providing quality and luxurious colours and planting on the water-view, cascading patios.
