About this project
This 3-storey, 12 unit multi-family wood frame project is located along Wilson Crescent in Squamish, BC. The central ‘woonerf’ provides a calmed community-oriented pedestrian-vehicle spine along which the townhouses overlook a central children’s play area. The proposed townhouses are pulled back from the Wilson Crescent to provide a public sidewalk and a neighbourhood parkette. The playful roof design reflects the stunning mountain peaks that surround the site.
